“The GPL Is Difficult” – Kotoko’s ‘El Carpentano’

    Asante Kotoko midfielder, Fabio Gama has rated the Ghana Premier League as the most difficult league he’s ever played in.

    The Brazilian midfielder has played for a number of clubs mainly in his native land, Brazil before joining the Porcupine Warriors in October 2020. But insist the Ghana Premier League is a difficult one.

    This follows a dazzling performance from the 28 year old midfielder in Kotoko’s 2-0 win over Liberty Professionals on Monday where he assisted one goal.

    Gama told journalists at the post match conference about his excitement with his performance as he hopes to replicate same subsequently.

    “I’m so happy with my debut. I think I did good and I need to continue like this. I feel good,”

    Pressed by journalists on his thoughts of the Ghana Premier League, Gama said : “Yes, because the debut is always difficult. The GPL is difficult but I’m happy with my play today and I want to keep on.”

    Gama is currently on a two year contract with the Porcupine club.
