Gyan, Atsu and Kwadwo Asamoah Has Ruled Themselves Out Of Afcon Qualifiers

    The Black Stars of Ghana will of November 15, 2019 start the Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers against now edentulous South Africa. Black Stars will battle out the Bafana Bafana of South Africa with their top four players.

    Coach Kwesi Appiah and the technical team would be looking forward to gaining all the three points here in Ghana. The coach is expected to have a full squad against the Bafana Bafana of South Africa.

    Four top players would miss the next two qualifying matches for personal reasons. Christian Atsu, the Newcastle United winger picked up an injury at the training at the club level and will, therefore,  not feature for Ghana. Atsu, has informed the technical staff about his fitness level.

    International Milan defender, Kwadwo Asamoah, John Boye of Mertz and the general captain Asamoah Gyan has joined Christian Atsu to rule themselves out of the qualifiers.

    The final list of the Black Stars team to face South Africa would be announced by the coach on Wednesday, October 30, 2019.
