    Samuel Inkoom Signs For Torpedo Kutaisi

    Former U-20 World Cup winner Samuel Inkoom has completed a move to Georgian top flight side FC Torpedo Kutaisi.

    The move to FC Torpedo Kutaisi is Inkoom’s 13th club as a professional player since 2007.

    The Ghanaian international joined Torpedo Kutaisi in a move from FC Samtredia.

    Inkoom who began his professional footballing career with Sekondi Hasaacas in the Premier League has played for clubs including DC United and Basel where he enjoyed a brilliant spell.

    The former Black Stars defender wrote on his Facebook wall announcing the transfer.

    ”I am happy to join one of the traditional clubs in Georgia. Lovely fans as well Kutaisi Torpedo – one of the historical and titular clubs in Georgia, which has outstanding fans,”

    The defender made just 14 appearances for his former club Samtredia and found the back once during his stay at the club.

    Inkoom, 31, has made 46 appearances for the Ghana Black Stars.
